Thank you for supporting NCRA through a corporate membership and/or conference sponsorship or exhibit/display fee.
Exhibit Hall: Grand Ballroom C&D at the Westin hotel
Breakfast and breaks each day are in the exhibit room hall. Lunch on Saturday is also in the exhibit hall. You must plan to have representative(s) in the exhibit hall during breakfast, breaks and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast and break on Sunday. We will have a trailmap to encourage attendees to visit with our vendors and someone will need to be at your booth to participate. The exhibit hall is open throughout the meeting however we only require that booths be staffed during the specified times.
Electricity/Ethernet/AV Needs
NCRA provides electrical connection for corporate members and sponsors. If you are an exhibitor and need to order electricity OR you have other needs such as ethernet or TV, please use this Form to order the items needed. Please return this form to PSAV before March 15.
Parking
Valet parking at the hotel will be at the hotel rate. Self parking is $20/day at the garage next to the hotel
Accommodations
Accommodations for the NCRA meeting can be made through the Westin Charlotte. To make reservations please call 866-837-4148 to see if rooms are available at the hotel. The NCRA block sold out before closing on March 2.

Shipping to Westin Charlotte
FedEx in The Westin Charlotte will manage all shipping and receiving for the annual conference. Packages may not arrive before March 25, 2020.
Package Label must contain the following information to ensure delivery. This information will not fit on a FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS shipping label; therefor you will need to add an additional label to ensure the package is properly identified.

Shipping Notices
- This form must be returned to the FedEx store before March 23, 2020 to ensure that your boxes are at your table before exhibit set-up on May 3. Please return to Jay Walls’s attention via email (jay.walls@fedex.com) or fax 704.333.6611. If you are not shipping to the hotel, please notify me before March 23, 2020.
- Where the form asks for name include your Organization’s name and table number.
- You may use your existing fed-ex account or credit card to pay for shipping and handling.
- They will complete amount to be charged based on their fees.
- Vendors must have tracking numbers with them for all boxes.
- All vendors must bring their own return shipping labels. They will not be provided by NCRA or the FedEx Store
