LEARNING
OBJECTIVES
At the completion of this educational
activity, participants should be able to:
- integrate new RA therapies
into clinical practice
- to integrate new and emerging
data regarding cardiovascular disease with patients
with lupus and plan management strategies
- classify patients with osteoporosis
and implement therapies based on individual patient
characteristics, bone density measurements, and new
fracture assessment tools
- implement a new approach to
Vitamin D testing
- develop a relationship with
hepatologist to co-manage the patient with rheumatic
manifestation and chronic HCV and integrate therapies
into clinical practice.
- review the hereditary seronegative
diseases, and integrated that knowledge when making
therapeutic decisions
- examine and integrate the newer
diagnostic modalities and nuances that are emerging
to differentiate and classify the idiopathic inflammatory
myopathies
- list and describe implications
for clinical practice based legislative update on
ever changing healthcare.
